Do the Pickup/Return locations have to be the same?
We recommend you to return the gear to our pick-up point in Sai Kung, but you may also choose different pick-up locations and return locations according to your itinerary.

Is the shipping fee calculated as two round trips?
Charges are shown as one-way charges. For example, if Sai Kung Pier is selected as the pick-up and return location. .It will be considered as two trips, so the shipping fee will be calculated as $160.
After I make the camping gear rental order, Can I pick up the goods more than 1 day in advance?
In order to facilitate customers to start immediately after picking up the goods on the day of the event, and avoid taking the equipment home or elsewhere first, our charges are calculated from the day of picking up the goods, and the goods are returned on the second day. If you need to pick up the goods 1 day earlier, it will be counted as 3 days and 2 nights, and so on.
What If I am late for my appointment? ｜Late Pick-Up Arrangement
To avoid affecting the arrangements of other guests and resulting in late fees, please be on time. Late arrivals will be charged as follows: If you are late for more than 30 minutes during delivery and return, the delivery person will charge a waiting fee of HK$30, and a waiting fee of HK$20 will be charged every 15 minutes thereafter, please note.
In addition to Camping Equipment Rental and Shipping, are there any other Handling Fees? Such as a Deposit?
We do not charge a security deposit, you don’t need to worry about refunding the deposit after the journey is over.
How much is the Compensation if the Camping Equipment is Damaged or Lost after Use?
During the product rental period, please keep the rental items clean and return them in full before leaving the camp. Any damage or loss will be compensated according to the price. For details, please the Terms and Conditions (Damaged and Lost Equipment Compensation Form) of GOGO CAMP.
