Cancellation Policy and Severe Weather Arrangements
SplitdyBoat may Cancel or Reschedule Bookings without Prior Notice in any of the Following Cases (we will notify you as soon as any of the following conditions are met)
Tour will be Postponed in the Circumstances
(1) 2 hours before the Scheduled Time, Tropical Cyclones No.3 or above Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
(2) 2 hours before the Scheduled Time, Amber / Red / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
(3) Less than 30 minutes after the Start of the Journey, Tropical Cyclones No.3 or above Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
(4) Less than 30 minutes after the Start of the Journey, Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
Tour will be Terminated in the Circumstances
(1) During the journey, the Observatory hoisted Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above
(2) During the journey, the Observatory Announces a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
(3) If Our Coach Judges that the Water Conditions are Unsafe, our Coach has the Right to Decide whether to Cancel or Continue the Trip. All Students should Follow the Instructions of the Coach. No Swimming without Permission.
Tour will be Continue in the Circumstances
(1) 2 hours after the Cancellation of the Amber / Red / Black Rainstorm Signal, Courses and Activities will be held as Scheduled.
(2) 2 hours after Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is canceled, depending on the Sea Conditions of the day, the activity will be held as Scheduled.
(3) During or before the event, the Observatory hoisted Thunderstorm Warning, Amber Rainstorm Warning, and Typhoon signal No. 1
*In these cases, Participants can Contact SplitdyBoat or the Coach in Charge of the Day to Confirm.
Tour will not be Postponed in the Circumstances
(1) If the event has started for more than 30 minutes, the event will be considered as completed and no rescheduling will be arranged.
(2) If the customer is absent or cancels without reason, there will be no rescheduling/refund
Customer Initiated: Cancellation / Rescheduling
(1) Courses, trips and activities that have been booked for payment cannot be rescheduled or refunded without reason
(2) The client provides a doctor's note, and the coach can arrange rescheduling/refund
(3) If you withdraw due to personal reasons, an administrative fee of $300 per person will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded
(4) Two weeks before the event departure, customers are free to propose rescheduling

(1) 2 hours before the Scheduled Time, Tropical Cyclones No.3 or above Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
(2) 2 hours before the Scheduled Time, Amber / Red / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
