馬屎洲 是香港其中一個島嶼，行政地區屬大埔區。馬屎洲位於新界東北面的吐露港(近三門仔)。
馬屎洲特別地區 - 馬屎洲
In 1999, Ma Shi Chau was planned as part of the Ma Shi Chau Special Area, along with three other islands in Tolo Harbour, namely Center Island, Yeung Chau and an unnamed island about 100 meters northeast of the Yim Tin Tsai coast near San Mun Tsai New Village. While in 1982, Ma Shi Chau and Centre Island have been registered as Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

How to Get to Ma Shi Chau｜Ma Shi Chau Transportation
There are 2 ways to get to Ma Shi Chau：Speedboat or Hiking, but since there is no public transport to get to Ma Shi Chau, if you choose to hike there, it takes an hour hiking from Sam Mun Tsai Bus Terminus and you will pass through the ancestral grave there.
